In collaboration with local government and educational agencies, workforce boards, community-based organizations, employer associations, and private foundations, New Ways to Work prepares youth for the future. By clarifying key issues and opportunities, New Ways builds powerful partnerships to improve employment, education, and well-being outcomes for young adults.

RAPSA is a nonprofit organization focused on helping educators working with at-risk students. By identifying students as “at-promise,” the organization emphasizes the belief that despite obstacles, all students can succeed. Today, RAPSA is a leading professional development and networking organization for those working with the at-promise student population.
